The PACCAR India Accounting Team is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage end-to-end accounts payable operations while ensuring timely vendor payments, regulatory compliance, and efficient financial processes.
Job Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining vendor master records with complete accuracy.
- Processing vendor invoices and payments on time.
- Managing employee reimbursement claims.
- Processing corporate credit card payments.
- Handling inter-company transactions and settlements.
- Managing foreign remittances and wire transfers.
- Updating and maintaining wire transfer logs.
- Processing tax-related payments in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Ensuring payment processing follows company approval workflows and internal policies.
- Maintaining compliance with FCPA and internal audit standards.
- Preparing Accounts Payable reports, payment trackers, and statutory records.
- Reviewing per-diem expense claims submitted by international assignees.
- Assisting in TDS reconciliation and return filing.
- Supporting VAT refund claim filing in the Netherlands.
- Coordinating with banks for IDPMS and EPDMS compliance.
- Managing corporate credit card compliance for employees.
- Maintaining payment records for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Reconciling vendor and inter-company accounts.
- Resolving payment-related queries from vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with finance, tax, and compliance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial controls.
